Popular Post Charizarzar
#62: Rise of the Tomb Raider Platinum Difficulty: 4/10 (more so for length) Enjoyment: 6/10 Like with the first game I ended up having a lot more fun with it the second time around (maybe because I did the collectibles slog last year). Was dreading the score attack trophies where you have to replay all the story missions and tombs with a gold score, but they ended up actually being pretty fun. I'm glad I have a more positive view of this game now!
Popular Post Meachamp-
Hitman: Absolution #6 Time to Platinum: 12hours | Difficulty: 2/10 | Enjoyment: 9/10 An actually really fun game, nothing overly difficulty and nothing that takes forever to complete either. Hitman 5 I believe this is and it's really different from the previous versions. Much more linear than previous games but still open-ish. Spoiler Overview Starts off like any other regular mission for the super bad-ass that is Agent 47. Going through his mission like he usually would. Not one soul has seen him slip through 87million guards and when he gets to his target he finds out about Victoria. A girl who has been undergoing the same procedures that 47 went under to make himself become the ultimate hitman. That was 47's mission to bring her back. He then decides that he doesn't want that for her so he goes rogue. Fighting off everyone who's trying to get their hands on her so they could sell her for the highest price or do their evil doings. I wouldn't really say there was much variety to enemies just the further you get into the game, there's more of them bunched together which make them seem harder but they're really not if you find a way past them. That's what makes this game a lot of fun. You can do whatever you want. You can go in all guns blazing or you could sneak through everyone without being seen. There's some challenges added on to every mission as well which adds to replaying the game if you really want to such as complete the missions in your starting suit or wear every uniform the level has to offer etc. Giving you the ultimate decision of how you want to play. Character & Level Design I'll start off with characters. Besides, 47, victoria & Jade absolutely no one else is likeable. Not one person. Everyone else is twisted and honestly just downright annoying. Wade, Lenny, Dexter, Layla and of course Travis are all super annoying and there is literally nothing likeable about them. They are the enemies though so it's to be expected really. What I will say though is that they are really well voiced and acted. The VA did a really good job on portraying their characters so good on them. I understand they are designed to be disliked but there just seemed to be maybe one too many there in comparison to people who are liked. Levels are really cool, there is 20 of them, some are really small like go into the shop and get your suit etc or the wrestling match one etc. It all depends on how you approach the game. If you want to go all guns blazing, you'll complete the game in no time at all but if you want the challenge and take your time it's a lot more fun. Like mentioned in the overview you can set a challenge and that makes the levels even more intriguing like find every pick up in the level, you don't have to ofcourse and theres no trophies or anything attached it's just there for the mastery challenge. Even when doing a stealthy kind of style there is more than one way to tackle a mission so it's a lot of great fun. Trophies The trophies don't really pose a threat. I'd consider them pretty easy honestly. They are very nicely designed even if they do go a tad overboard on the red. Most trophies are related to story really, there's two that you'd have to change your play style around if you were the guns blazing kind of person such as the wrestling one and the one where you leave a certain someone in the desert. Easily replayable from the menu anyway but if you were the one playthrough kind of person you'd just have to remember them. The rest aren't too bad. There's the typical collectible one where this game is in the form as evidence. A video wouldn't be too bad to watch when going through this game, bare in mind though if people use the powerpyx evidence video, bare in mind he's practically killed everyone off before going for it so there's that to take into consideration with your playstyle. There is a playstyle trophy where you have to do certain things in order to unlock them and while the majority are simple there a couple that could be annoying. There's 3 challenge trophies for 10, 50 and 100 but since there is over 300 in the game there's literally nothing to worry about. They are very simple to do and you get the majority on just playing through the game honestly. Then there's contract mode, a very nice idea in my opinion where you get to create your own contracts etc. Nothing that takes too long honestly. It took me roughly 47 minutes to do it all and that's with me never playing the game before. There's just the misc ones which are super easy such as accidents, changing costumes after being hostile etc. That's why it's a 2 difficulty. Nothing that will give anyone any trouble at all really. Conclussion While being a great game, if you're expecting it to be anything like the older PS2 games then think again, it's a lot different not and is much more forgiving with checkpoints and enemy patterns etc and the abundance of stuff in the world that could make you go from area to area without any problems what so ever. It's still a brilliant game and I can't wait to go back to the older ones. I mainly started this up now due to the server possible closure. I'd get the contracts done soon as they are due to go down on the 25th of May. I'm looking forward to also playing the newer game as well although I heard it was released in episodes? Seems like a weird idea for a game like this. Oh well, such good fun and I hope you guys can enjoy it even if it's not as good as the likes of Blood Money etc.

Popular Post TazDevilz1986
Heavy Fire: Afghanistan #287 Platinum Trophy For collecting all trophies A cheap game that i decide to do again, since my friend shared me this. Atleast it is a fast platinum that don't waste your time that much. MX vs ATV All Out (PS4) #288 You Went All Out Win all bronze, silver, and gold trophies Finally after weeks they fixed the 100 miles trophy "High Miles" for driving 100 miles in the game. And the devs were telling for weeks that the trophy can unlock witch was not unlocking at all. After several tweets and other guys sended also tweets to them, they told that they gonna fix it. Witch happend today. Another bad thing about this game that it haves one of the worst trophies you can have in a trophy list, is for winning against 15 people online. Witch i luckily already had in the beginning when i made my boosting session. Overall, not that bad of a platinum to achieve. The difficulty is around 3/10 if you boost the 15 player trophy and if you have a solid group. The bad thing about that trophy is that you MOST be the host, and win against 15 others. It is a 16 player MP match, and if someone drops out you won't get the trophy. The servers are very bad also. So refreshing your game by restarting the game app and invite all the people again will help. I would like to thank all the people that joined my session. And hopefully we can make another session soon for these kind of trophies again. I say mission accomplished . Popular Post Zach
#81 Energy Cycle Enjoyment: 5/10 Difficulty: LOL/10 Time: 22 minutes (Can be done in 15) Energy Cycle is a joke of a platinum. This game is definitely on par with Little Adventure on the Prairie. You will have to do the first mode "legit", (solutions can be found on YouTube, even this site's @IBadDriverI did an awesome walkthrough on this). but after that, time attack and infinite mode can be "cheesed" through. Simply beat the first level in each mode then mash the X button. Enjoy this joke of a platinum! ? Edited May 18, 2018 by Zach
Popular Post Metal Slime King
#95 - Lego Jurassic Park Life Finds a Way After playing through Lego versions all 4 movies I don't really feel like I have to watch the movies. Sure there are certainly differences. For instance I'm sure in the movies characters who were swallowed whole by dinosaurs were not shown later to be safely regurgitated. It seems like they covered most of the plot points though. Lego plats are always kind of an anti-climax because they usually come from some random gold brick cleanup long after the story has been completed. I supposed that is the nature of most games with a post game cleanup though. Rawarrrrgh!!

Popular Post Jiano_Vera
Platinum 78: LittleBigPlanet 3 Finally completed the LBP trilogy! Been putting this one off for awhile because of all the horror stories of the game glitching. But to my luck none of the trophies glitched on me in the base and DLC(I was playing the most updated patch). Overall I thought the game was solid, the different characters provided a nice change compared to the last two. I played through the whole story with my wife and having a local partner to play with makes it much more enjoyable experience; online was extremely laggy and had long load times. Ace-ing levels was somewhat easy, last two were definitely the hardest but nothing compares to The Bunker from LBP1 *shudders. Overall the road to platinum was smooth. I can also confirm that using a PS Vita counts as a controller which can be utilized for the 4x portions of the game. Recommend for people who played the first two and those who can play locally with another person! Score: 8/10 Plat difficultly: 4/10

Popular Post mecharobot
44th Nights of Azure More like Nights of Yuri. I think this is an okay JRPG with action-rpg combat similar to Ys Seven (for the lack of better comparison) except with a familiar system instead of party members. I'd say the game is mostly good for the yuri and soundtrack. However unlike Ys, this game does not have a difficulty setting, which is a bit of a waste of potential. Usually the game is so easy that you'd have to put the controller down to die. Except when fighting the bonus bosses that are borderline immortal and every attack of theirs is OHKO. Also I found the default music setting to be very low, which thankfully can be changed. Trophywise, I had to take a break before finishing the post game. Once the events between Arnice and Lilysse stopped rolling in, I lost interest in the grind pretty fast. I spent most of today getting the 300 requests trophy, which is the worst trophy in the game. I had max money/blood at 100 requests already and I wasn't getting anything from doing them. Also the final Arena boss is ridiculous. I just kept going at it with a glass cannon setup until I got a lucky run, but it did take me at least a dozen tries. Problem is that the boss is very small and eventually gets lost when she summons around 1000 enemies to the field. Also the trophy set is full of typos and fairly odd titles such as the "Sucker" trophy for completing 100 requests. Was that meant to be some kind of joke? The plat image however, is lovely imo.
Popular Post Venocide
#136: Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom One True King Awarded for achieving 100% completion. I did enjoy playing through Ni No Kuni II but it does have it's problems, many of them where pointed out by @Gommes_'s post above. Combat was a lot of fun, enjoyed it much more than the first game. Building your kingdom was a nice feature, much enjoyed that. Skirmishes was a nice addition, but at the end became a pain in the arse because some were hard to find, that ended up being my final trophy. Disappointed that the wasn't much voiced dialogue, mostly replaced by just one word, it got a bit too much so I switched to the Japanese dub version, which was still terrible, I developed a very strong hatred for one of my citizens because he kept saying the same thing over and over again. Fuck you, Fitch.
Popular Post GravityQueeen
Good afternoon, fellow trophy hunters. ? # 24 - Far Cry 4 So much fun! So many guns! Far Cry 4 is a must have game/platinum, isn't it? Nowadays many games offer open world environments, sometimes they are empty or bland, sometimes they are fun. None of them features Kyrat, though. This ficcional Himalayan region is the protagonist of the game, and not only because Ajay Ghale is boring and generic, but because Kyrat is a breathing place to hang out with an awesome and diverse arsenal of guns, causing chaos either by foot or driving all kind of vehicles (did you say Buzzer?), or rampaging while mounted on elephants that behave similar to war tanks. Kyrat also features a deep lore if you stop gunzerking every once in a while to read scattered notes, even though you just need to pay attention to the world and environments to understand what has happened. As a Golden Path ascending member, besides helping Amita or Sabal in the fight against Pagan Min's Royal Army, you have many activities to complete: hunting animals for materials, shooting stunt scenes, investigating a cultist serial killer, spreading sermons like bullets for a distorted priest, experiencing a drug journey offered by a couple of idiots and going to Shangri-La - is it here Far Cry Primal roots? I bet on it! And I do recommend doing all the Shangri-La missions because there's a nice and huge boss fight at the end of it. Trophy-wise, Far Cry 4 is easy and fun to 100%; there are a couple online trophies but these are easy and fast as well. I see many trophy hunters without the Valley of the Yetis DLC, and that's a shame! Buy it, do it! The new map, the missions and the Yetis themselves really enhances the experience. Long life to the king and praise the Buzzsaw. # 25 - Dust: An Elysian Tail This 2D platformer, metroidvania hack'n slash game is probably the first indie game I have ever played, back in October 2014 (PS Plus offering), when I was new to a "modern" PlayStation console and psn in general. Is Dust: An Elysian Tail the reason why I love indie games so much? I don't think so, but there's no doubt that back then I was really surprised by the title, especially because of the beautiful art style. It was the beginning of me discovering the indie scene; that was the main reason I played it once again, now on a different account. Besides beeing a good game - I wouldn't say great as IGN did, back in 2012 when it was a Xbox 360 exclusive - Dust feels more especial because it was my entrance into the indie universe. The game is notable for its artistic flavor: great soundtrack, nice voice acting and, as I said, beautiful hand drawn graphics. It was basically designed and programmed by one guy called Dean Dodrill. The gameplay features RPG elements like levelling up stats and crafting better equipments, the action is frenetic and allows you to perform big combos that launch enemies to the air, then you can go flying through the whole screen in a tornado-like move. There are interesting NPCs to talk, a handful different enemies and bosses, diversity in levels and many side missions to complete. The story is OK, with a nice twist later on. My favorite aspect of the game is that you can rescue some characters from other indie games like the protagonist of Spelunky, Bandage Girl from Super Meat Boy and Meat Boy himself. # 26 - Drawn to Death My guilty pleasure! I am one of the few people who love this game and I really wish it wasn't dead as it is. That said, you have to know that ALL Drawn to Death platinums popped long after the game launch (April 4th, 2017), ALL those platinums were boosted, including mine! At least I can say I was there since release date kicking asses and I got it "legitimately" in my first account: as @caiosuperhiperat I was the 30th achiever. I'm not saying that boosting is cheating, by any means, but boosted trophies for me sometimes are less rewarding. God, I am still good at it; I would never imagine I would put quite a fight in a multiplayer 3rd person shooter/brawler game. Only because I enjoy it so much, I had to get the platinum again; I had to show this passion in my new trophy list. I am glad David Jaffe (Twisted Metal and God of War creator) came up with this weird game; it's dirty as it's pure, innocent and guilty at the same time. No one talks about the story of the game. Do they know that Drawn to Death has kind of a lore, a poetic narrative behind the weapons and characters descriptions? And there's more!, each of the trophies titles combined forms a short story. It's literature in videogames! Every aspect of the game represents the mind and heart of a desperate teenager. It's Holden Caulfield level, boys. Sad and beautiful. Deep yet pop art. Man, all those bad reviews didn't scratch the surface of what I consider a fine work not understood. I'm pretty sure Drawn to Death fanbase (it exists, even if it's small) and David Jaffe feel much like I do, after all, the game was a critically and commercially failure. It doesn't matter because for me it will always be my 2017 game of the year. For most people I would say: let me love my bad game. I will never forget how it feels launching Uncle Joe at the face of my poor opponent and... Her! The one and only, the sexy lady shark, the mighty NINJAW! ? PS.: Thanks for reading! I talked to Amy. For like... Many hours! That was a good month Edited May 19, 2018 by GravityQueeen

Popular Post markcavan
#218 - The Walking Dead: A New Frontier on PS4 (#42 of 2018) Average enough telltale story based game, not the worst but by no means the best. Its a while since I've played anything from telltale and I immediately noticed the new engine is much better, especially with the characters expressions and the game never crashed. Clem easily is the most interesting character and you don't even play as her. Morally lots of interesting choices which does get you thinking, 'What would I do in that situation!'. Anyhow, I'll look forward to seeing where the story eventually takes Clem. Popular Post darkalphar
Platinum #30: Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment Collect all trophies Really happy about this one. Until recently I had been somewhat obsessed with my trophy profile (competition rate, 1% trophy lists, unearned trophies) and worry over my growing game backlog to the point that I usually focused on going after games already on my list and often discouraged myself from trying out new games or tackling potentially time-consuming games, even if it was a game that I was really interested in. Finally I realized one day that enough was enough with trophies so I just went after a game I really wanted to play without worry- Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment. Well, technically it was the PS4 version but it was pointed out that it'd be better to do Vita version before PS4 version because of stats transfer. So it's (sorta) same thing, lol. Well since I ended up enjoying my overall experience with the game (despite some frustrating points and grindings) I expect to plat the PS4 version eventually as well.

Popular Post RedRodriguez87
Almost forgot! PS4 KINGDOM HEARTS Master I don't remember what I typed when I earned the PS3 plat, so I'll keep it brief here. The core game has aged a lot, though thanks to the changes made for the ReMix collection, it's still very much playable and even enjoyable. The story is to this date the best consistent implementation of Disney worlds, though it's really not saying to much, as the scope isn't as big as the following games (including the spin-offs). The game shows its wrinkles on harder difficulties, but as someone who was rushing to get Proud mode done, it's nothing a little leveling up wont fix, and knowing which abilities to equip at certain times. At least, I have matching KH1 plats, and I'll probably keep it to just this one. heck, the only reasons I went through the PS4 version was to 1) get the most out of my PS4 collection and 2) get the free theme for beating the game.
Popular Post eigen-space
Platinum #45 Romancing SaGa 2 Trophy Collector - Acquired all Trophies Difficulty - 5 Enjoyment - 7 This should have been a much easier platinum, but I decided to go into it without thinking it through thoroughly. Instead of toiling through 2 playthroughs, I could have satisfied it in one. It took me an entire week for the second playthough *sigh* This game is fun, though. I have never played a generations-type game before, so I think this was a good play before I try the Agarest games. There's not a lot of character development in the game at all, and a very loose plot (but such is the way of SaGa games). It did have some interesting concepts. I feel like the tech sparking in this game was much more erratic than it was in SaGa Frontier, which is unfortunate. Try as I might, I was never able to get certain techs to spark. Certainly made the game's superboss much more difficult. Oh well. This unpredictability with the tech sparking is why I rated the difficulty so high-- if you don't have the RNG gods on your side, you're in for a hell of a time. If you DO have good luck, though, I think it will be much easier for you.... especially if you have a certain high-level water spell..
Popular Post Omelette Paradise
#203 Enigmatis 3: The Shadow of Karkhala I enjoyed this as I do with all Artifex Mundi games although I felt this was the weakest of the three Enigmatis games. The series antagonist The Preacher doesn't feature very much and doesn't really show up until towards the end. One playthrough required for the platinum with three different types of collectable to keep your eyes peeled for. There is also a bonus chapter to play as well which only takes about 20-30 minutes. A couple of things that struck me about this particular game is that there weren't a lot of Hidden Object puzzles and the mini games felt a lot easier than what you would find in most of the Artifex Mundi games as well. Onwards to Grim Legends 3 next and then I'm back up to date with all of Artifex Mundi's games.
Popular Post Baker
Reach Transcendence Platinum milestone #175 Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficulty: 6/10 Total playtime: 170 hours When I first started this game I hated it, it wasn't nearly as good as SO4 or SO5, mainly because of the shitty battle system. Also old school Jrpgs don't hold your hand on what to do and where to go. So I took a 4 month break and came back to it, now following a walkthrough which made the game much more enjoyable. It started getting fun when I reached postgame content. It's always fun to obliterate superbosses with an OP party. Not a good word for the bunny racing, that was just tedious and took 50 hours just watching it alone. All in all it was decent but I'm gonna stay clear for a while from old era Jrpgs.

Anyway, the game plays great, every character and tank featured in the anime is present, the tank customization is a great touch although you can only choose your tank for a few single player mission. The platinum was easy to get, but required some grinding. Fans of the anime that haven't played this, I highly recommend it! it's worth the import imo.
