Popular Post Cave Johnson
Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax All Clear! You finished Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax. Thank you for playing! Despite not liking fighting games much, Tomoka being in the game was enough to convince me to buy it. I'm not very good at fighting games either, so the score attack and time attack trophies were pretty hard for me. It took me so many attempts, that I didn't even need to grind for the 10,000,000 damage trophy. Everything else was pretty easy, except for the one online trophy. I had to set up a gaming session to get it, because the online in this game is completely dead. Gal*Gun Double Peace True Gal*Gun Master Unlock All Trophies It's finally over. At one point, I almost gave up on platinuming this game. I took a break from it for a few days, and when I came back to it, I realized it wasn't that hard. Perfecting the bosses is actually really easy, when you're not trying to do it on expert. Ekoro, Kurona, Patako are the hardest ones. However, if you fight them on beginner, it's so easy it's almost a joke. The two rarest trophies are really grindy. Collecting the data for every girl gets really repetitive after a while, as you need to play some of the same stages over and over again. I couldn't have got through it without listening to music.
Popular Post Pershing24
#18 Assassin Creed Liberation HD Platinum Trophy First Platinum of the year and the second Assassin Creed platinum, Liberation was a title that I was looking forward initially, especially when they re-release it for console. And i must say, I am pretty disappointed. The maps are small and difficult to navigate through (especially the bayou). The characters are forgettable, especially the villain, and the story, good god I can't even recalled what happen in the story, something about Slavery and euh... Mayas artifacts... Connor Cameo... Stupid plot twist at the end... and two alternative endings, really! Oh boy and I though Unity was bad, at least I know what was the purpose of that game.. As for the platinum, it was much more tedious than I expected, as there's alot of collectible and grinding trophies in this game that seem to take way too long than expected. Worst still are so of the skills trophies like Hangman since there are very few spots to do this properly, unlike in AC3 where it was fun and satisfying. Also because Aveline has three alter-egos, you better hope on find each and every Persona collectable. Its a easy Platinum, but don't expect much fun getting it all in one go.
Popular Post AJ_Radio
# 58 - 59: Resogun (January 7th - 8th, 2017) Difficulty: 5/10 (4/10 PS4, 6/10 PS3) Excitement: 8/10 (8.5/10 PS4, 5/10 PS3) There is a story behind this one. I wanted to play one of the PS4 launch titles, a game a lot of people were raving at during it's release. Resogun is a basic but effective side scrolling shooter which is a throwback to old titles like Life Force for the NES or Defender, which was an 1980s arcade hit. Having not played a space shooter in over a decade I felt it was time to finally get my hands on Resogun. To make a long story short, I enjoyed it, for the first 30 minutes. Unfortunately I played the PS3 version prior to the PS4 version, and the difference is night and day. While enemy ships can still spawn on top of you on the PS4 version, I found this happened much more frequently on the PS3. Resogun runs at only half the frames per second on the PS3, which tells me the people responsible for porting the game over did a poor job. The Vita version is even worse, as time and time again I struggled getting through even Experienced difficulty on the last two stages. The Nemesis ship is weaker, and this is especially noticeable on Mefifis. On Veteran difficulty on the PS4 I was able to kill most enemy ships in time and kill off the snake boss in just two tries. On the PS3 this took me over 25 attempts. I couldn't do it on the Vita, with a small screen and so much being thrown at me it was extremely difficult to get through unscathed. What's worse is on higher difficulties, enemy ships are quicker to change to a second phase, becoming more aggressive and deadly. This was an absolute nightmare on the PS3, as even Phobos had trouble taking down various ships, including those big claw ships that launch vertical fireballs. After so many attempts to finish Veteran difficulty I thought Resogun was broken, until I tried the PS4. To my utter amazement I was stunned to see how much easier the game was. Even 1CC wasn't that difficult due to the option to make custom ships, which isn't available on the PS3. The PS3/Vita version is a poor port and a medicore one at best. Resogun doesn't look nearly as good, it's only half of the frames per second as the PS4 one, and all the cool options and addons are missing. Hi Scores are pretty off with the PS3/Vita version, and are basically pointless since you can't do friendly online challenges or compete for a higher score. It's more difficult which is the real kicker. Snake boss in particular is faster with his zig zag and circle phases, takes longer to go down, and is an overall pain in the ass. I had no issues whatsoever with snake boss on the PS4. I know exactly how to beat him, whereas on the PS3 it was a gamble and hope I get lucky enough to not die and start the level all over again. All in all if you're looking to buy Resogun stick with the PS4 version unless you want to pull your hair and attempt to double stack the platinum. It's a terrific game and Housemarque did a great job with it. Right off the bat you get two DLC packs, and the other two are fairly cheap and a lot of fun. Resogun is great to play local multiplayer with your friends. Unfortunately I don't have any nearby but it's still a good game nonetheless. Highly recommended, and fairly short if you're a platinum trophy hunter. Edited January 17, 2017 by Spaz

Popular Post GoldenShaka
Platinum # 72 Scaletta's Pride (Mafia II) Oh boy, what a great game. After so many months in my backlog I had the hurry to finally play this beauty cause my brother bought me Mafia III for Xmas. It's so much fun. The setup, atmosphere, story, soundtrack, characters, all great. Definitely, the best way to start this year. And the adrenaline in that Stuck Up trophy, drive, fight, run and shoot, well done. In a few weeks I'll give the DLCs a try, but I don't think I 100% the game, those Jimmy's trophy requirements are just ridiculous. I remember that those wanted posters in the main game were the only tiresome part of the platinum race but those DLC trophies ... Popular Post Undead Wolf
#146: God Eater Resurrection The Legend Begins Collect all trophies. I don't usually play these kinds of games because I find them very repetitive, and in the end, kinda boring. While this game is still repetitive with its lack of map/enemy variety, it was surprisingly fun. It had a good story with interesting characters, which certainly made the mission grind less tedious. I'm sure having friends to play the game with also helped with this. I don't think I would have had much fun if I played solo all the way through. The gameplay is very deep which is nice, but I'll admit, it was also quite daunting. It took me a long time to begin to understand all of the different mechanics and such. I think the game could have done a better job explaining some of these things. So yeah, while this game has its flaws, I still found it to be enjoyable. I may have to play some other Monster Hunter-like games in the future.

Popular Post Redgrave
#88: The Legend Begins - God Eater Resurrection I haven't played a Monster Hunter type game (that I can recall anyway) so this was my first time playing one of these. It was a good game if a bit grindy and repetitive but playing a game with friends makes it a lot more bearable. Definitely recommend if you want to co-op someone with, though be warned the MP is somewhat dead and it's hard to find someone that will stick around long. And of course thanks to @Undead Wolf for playing with me and @Ken Kaneki for giving us some help
RedRodriguez87
Mass Hysteria!!! And that's that. I said before that I wanted a Ghostbusters Plat, and since the servers for the PS3 are down for the 2009 game, this was the next thing. As for the game, well, whats here is decent. The problem is there isn't alot here. Its a top down couch-op shooter, yet there are no extra weapons outside of your standard weapon and grenades, no co-op moves, no special moves, etc. There's also nothing going on story wise; its another one of those movie games that has nothing to do with the movie outside of a few references. As you might have guessed, its tedious. And if you want a Ghostbusters plat like I did, wait for one more price drop before giving it a go. Also, shame on those who thinks its good that a company went under due to this game.
TheFalseDeity
#14 The Sims 3 Pets Top Dog Unlock all other trophies. Game froze on me a handful of times, one of said freezes led to the corruption and auto deletion of the save that was running, and lots of glitches though some were helpful. With that said the game is still fun even if it does run so much worse than the 360 version and if it wasnt for said glitches the trophy list rates a 1 in difficulty and thats always good. Is my new rarest trophy and also the first game i ranked in the fastest achievers for at #11 so thats neat. Popular Post Aurvandils_ta
Platinum # 6 Steins;Gate Sky Clad Observer Unlocked all trophies. Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 1(-3)/10 A great Visual Novel with interesting Characters. The Story is hard to understand and at the End you have more Questions than Answers. But you wast well entertained. The Music is also good. Unfortunately there is to sparsely of it, I think only 5 Musical Pieces in the whole Game. The Music of the End Title is then all the better. The Gameplay is very unilateral. All handle over the Phone...hhmm...you should give Answers with many Choices in a Visual Novel, or may I be wrong with this? The Difficulty Level is also such a Thing. Without a Walkthrough not every Plot is comprehensible. Why should anyone buy this Game? A very good Story about Time Traveling and a rare Visual Novel on the PS3. A easy Platinum with Entertainment Value. Highly recommendable.

Popular Post FluffyAssassin64
#62 - Day of the Tentacle Remastered "OCD" Get all other trophies in the game Like many (probably), I picked this up because it was free on PS+ and I'd heard good things about it. I'm no expert at these Adventure Games (I wasn't alive in the golden age of adventure games!), but I have thoroughly enjoyed the ~5 or so that I have played. This game was nothing incredible (being based on a game from over 20 years ago!), but the witty writing, clever puzzles, nice art style, and great music and effects all combined to make it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I regularly found myself laughing at the absurdity of the writing or obscure solution to a puzzle. Being new to this interface, however, I needed to google on 2 or 3 occasions... turns out I had missed the one combination of commands that would have resulted in the correct outcome (like 'use' and selecting the other object, when I thought I'd done it already). This said, all puzzles are very possible based on logic alone, provided you are familiar enough with the interface to know what you are doing. The last 1/3 of the game snowballed (enjoyably) for me as I learnt the systems better and was able to make the connections with items I had, and what I needed to do. Very enjoyable stuff. I can't say I would have spent more than $10 buying this game otherwise, but I was pleasantly surprised by this experience. A very easy trophy list makes it all the sweeter for trophy-hunters, although the game is definitely worth a 'blind' playthrough first, to get the most enjoyment out of it. Make saves throughout so you can load after completion in order to get the (few) missable trophies. Enjoyment rating: 7.5/10 (worth a play, but nothing amazing) Plat difficulty: 1/10 (or 2/10 if you haven't played one of these types of games before)

dmsleight
I just finished Adventure Time: TSOFNK It is my 58th Honestly, I didn't care for this game. I found it annoying. Although it is a 'clone' of A Link to the Past (one of the greatest games ever!) it lacks in quality. I wouldn't really recommend it. Popular Post Juzota
#59 - Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter Life of a Consulting DetectiveCollect all possible in-game trophies Fifth Platinum of the year! Wohoo! The Devil's Daughter is basically same old as Crimes & Punishment was. So if you enjoyed C&P I don't see any reason why you wouldn't enjoy this one too. This game has lot easier trophy list. C&P wasn't hard either, but this time it's really easy to get Platinum on your first playthrough. Just make sure you win the lawn bowling tournament (I want standalone DLC for this) and don't skip any puzzles. Easy! Enjoyment: 7 Difficulty: 2 Next Plat? Maybe Doom...

I had started this game months ago but I left because I was lazy and did not want to have to look for the feathers or complete the puzzles of the subject 16 (That without a guide are very difficult). An easy Platinum and very good game.
