"Completion"



Back in the day, 2001-2002, I was only 11 years old so this kind of games was too much for me to handle, so I was stuck in a very early part of it "when Sin attacks the ship you take from Besaid to Killika". I used to watch my older brother back in PS1 times playing FFVIII and other RPG games, I was amazed that he can beat such games knowing that he can't understand English! So, for old times sake, I was determined this time to finish the game and know the whole story I -for years- always wanted to know. It was interesting, amazing, such a beautiful game this one is! Easily one of the most memorable soundtracks for any RPG gamer, creative gameplay and leveling system, tough boss battles.. though, I'm not sure if I will play X-2, it's too girly for me.

The game offers so many optional boss battles, all are really tough, like Omega Weapon, Nemesis and the dark aeons, specially Dark Yojimbo and Dark Bahamut, also once you've defeated all of the dark aeons you can fight the final optional super boss, Penance, with 12,000,000 HP, THAT'S TWELVE MILLION HP!

Trophy wise, platinum will not be a walk in the park , I've clock'd 135 hours, you'll have to do so many things post game, like completing the sphere grid "leveling up"the seven characters "Tidus, Yuna, Auron, Wakka, Lulu, Khimari and Rikku", that alone will take about 30+ hours, and you'll have to do some side activities to get the celestial weapons and farming rare materials. The most difficult trophy is the "Lightning Dancer", it's really tense, you have to dodge 200 lightning bolt IN A ROW, you can't save or quit the area or the counter will back to zero! It was my last trophy to platinum and I just did it after 15 failed attempt! Seriously, who thought this task is fun in Square Enix?! Damn, my hands are still sweaty

Excellent game, recommend everyone play it if they can.  Amazing face paced twitch gameplay.  One of the best twin stuck shooters I've played in a while.  Genius level design, lots of content for the price, lots of level diversity, great diversity in abilities to suit multiple play styles and visually stunning.  This game ranks up with one of the best games I've ever played.  Not 1 single complaint.  Oh and the trophy list is a great challenge if you're not the greatest at these.kinda games.

They are currently remastering Resident Evil Zero. https://game.capcom.com/bio0hd/lang.html It is a cool game and I almost beat it as a young teenager before my Gamecube was stolen. Also, on their Facebook page, Capcom wrote a post recently asking what we would want in a Resident Evil 2 remake. Damn, that took way too much time......

I'm originally a Disgaea-series nut, i always go for maximum completion if possible (Excluding the first one) because i'm a masochist that doesn't have anything better to do...i think.

I thought it was a piece of cake once i saw all of the skills, originally, seeing all skills is a piece of cake...but what happens when you download baal's DLC? you have to fucking see his skills, WITHOUT getting a game over........so it was definitely my first ultra-hard platinum i go for, with a difficulty of 8/10 (non-DLC) and 9/10 (with DLC).

Oh, you want my recommendation on it? Suuuuure....Are you a masochist? Are you looking for unnecessary, ridiculously doing grindy stuff for hundreds of hours? This is your jam, Baby!

I think i'm done with Disgaea for a while....yeah....*Goes to play DD2*....

Now, story-wise.....Might be my second best story in the series, Characters-wise, decent Post-game ones, great main-game ones, And average to decent when it comes to DLC-Wise characters.

 

I demand a huge reward from my boyfriend, because he encouraged me to do this shit, and he's reading this, so i might as well say it.....BED-ACTION, DAMN IT!

 

And lastly, I'd like to thank Wdjat Prinny Doodie, Jeieem-kun, RoyalRedPanda and my boyfriend, Oh and anyone i forgot to mention . for encouraging me all the way....or making me a big masochist...not that it's a bad thing!

As a Dragon ball fanboy I can say I liked Xenoverse's story really really much ( especially Beerus saga ) however gatherin all the super,ultimate attacks was a real grind so here goes -2 from enjoyment

Diablo III Platinum Trophy

 

Wow, it only took ~2 years . I enjoyed the game, but getting the plat not so much. The trophy list is boring, especiallly considering that there are some cool in game achievements, that'd make for much better trophies that these generic ones. Either way I'm happy that I'm finally done with it, adn now I feel motivated to go back and finish some of my old games. 100% completion here I come!

I actually didn't enjoy this game as I though I would. Sure there is a lot of satisfaction when it comes to making certain skill shots, but it just didn't really grew on me. It was okay for a platinum, but wont look at this plat with too much fondness. Would I recommend it to people? Sure. I know people mostly love this game, so there is potential for others loving it.

Also, if you want to make your life easier when going for the platinum, buy the two DLCs as well. It makes getting the objectives trophies so much easier.

 

Enjoyment: 6/10

Difficulty: 3/10

I have had this one coming for quite some months, but I was obviously not going to leave it out of my Kingdom Hearts platinum collection, which is now full!! Birth by Sleep is my favorite installment in the series, and going through it was pure joy, despite the huuuuge grind needed for report completion. Forcing us to do the same thing 3 times is probably not a good idea, but I had fun going through it all. I am definitely having a JRPG rampage at the moment, and if everything works as planned, I'll be putting up here some sardine-loving dude soon!!

I should've got the platinum the week this game came out! If you look, all of the trophies I earned March 30th or later except one that I got just 5 minutes ago (Hunter's Essence: Obtain all hunter weapons). I had accidently downloaded a previous save from the cloud a long time ago and lost a lot of progress towards that trophy and until today, I've been too lazy or just relectucant to go grind for it.

Thanks in part to a guide, I managed to platinum this game without even having to finish the game. However, the game is so beautiful and plays well that I would not recommend missing up on finishing the game.The story is told through set pieces and in the collectable scrolls themselves and while not entirely too challenging, if you can get this game for cheap (like I did in the most recent flash sale), I would definitely play it. Now the question is, what to make my 20th platinum?
