GoldenShaka
Definitely the one with disc, and now that I've seen how it looks horizontally I like the ps5 console design lol.
Redgrave
With disc especially for games I'm very passionate and excited about. Plus getting a used copy of a game can be convenient.

diskdocx
Disc. Even though I own a lot of digital PS4 games, I would never want to limit myself. The ability to buy delisted games physically is always a benefit, as is the option for used games and retro gaming down the road. For the relatively small difference in price, it is a no-brainer especially if it functions as a 4K player.
Nightstream88
Physical always, unless digital ends up being the only option(Well in regards to games anyway) Don't know what I'll do if Playstation 6 ends being a digital only console. Still don't plan on buying the Playstation 5 until sometime next year or so and hopefully the Disc version will still be around. sh4d0wzcs
Ill be getting it with the disc. Digital games are overpriced enough as it is on the psn store and I'd much rather have hard copies of games that once I've played them through I can trade them in or sell them to fund buying more games.
Guest
My day one will be the disc base choice, then I will buy the digital only system maybe a year later on blackfriday. Edited June 12, 2020 by NERVergoproxy
Lance_87
Without disc for me. The vast majority of my PS4 titles are digital.
FFATMA
I love buying digital but if I can get the one with a disc-reader, I'm definitely doing so.
GuerrerDaurat
With disc. I will always choose physical over digital as long as I have that option.
Deluziion90
With disc, Does it cost more? I dont care That thing looks tight as hell
Astray404
ofc the Disc version. Though the console will cost more, but second-hand used games sometimes could be much cheaper
Maniadh417
Disc, because a digital only market gives Sony a monopoly on the price of games on my console, meaning that I can only buy from 5them at whatever price they want.
StacFace92
It's going to be a while before I buy a PS5 at all. But when I do, definitely the disc version. I'm open to the idea of going digital-only, but I'd want to see the prices for old digital games drop first (to be on par with what I can buy them for physically second hand). And I'd expect either a very large hard drive, or the ability to stream games instead of downloading.
Eagle-RP
Disc version. I'm a collector and plus it gives me a more easy way to play a game from friends. When GTA 6 comes out, don't you want that nice special edition box and steelbook with that new game smell? Eraezr
With disc. If I wanted a digital machine, I'd be on PC with Steam.
myst1ry
With disc I think but I might switch over once things get going.
snakebit10
Considering that I am limited on space and most of my PS4 library is digital, if the discless version is cheaper than I am strongly leaning towards the discless version of PS5.
ScintillaWolf
If digital prices were anywhere near as reasonable as disc prices, I'd have gone for digital only. But the fact remains that with disc you can pick up a game years from now relatively cheap and still end up paying twice as much for it if you go digitally through the PS Store. Omelette Paradise
Disc for sure. I'm willing to pay more for it if that's the case. I do think it's good that Sony are making both though for those that prefer digital.
Ghost
Disc version for me. I like having physical copies of my games. I will say that, it's a smart idea to have two consoles to cater to both parties.
LoveInHell
It depends. I prefer digital for many reasons but I heard the digital console will have less storage than the disc console?
DoodgraverNL
While I think the Digital version looks way better, I will be buying the Disc version. Digital is always more expensive. And I am a collector anyway. It does scare me for the future though.
dmland12
If the price is close, might as well go with the disc version. If there's a substantial difference, I'll have to think about it... I like digital, but still have a fair number of PS4 games on disc and I'm a little wary of limiting my options. We'll see. NxtDoc
Disc. I just can't imagine an all digital future where we rely on Billion Dollar companies to provide me with a product, or refund for a broken ass game
