Popular Post juakofoo94
#54 The N. Trepid Crash Bandicoot! Collect all the Crash Bandicoot Trophies. This one was really though for me. Getting the gold or platinum relics for some levels like Native fortress, The High road or Sunset Vista has been very difficult, so glad I don't have to play those levels again lol. Going for the Platinums in Crash 2 and 3!
Popular Post Alternatewarning
Platinum #50 Kingdom Hearts III I know this is late but what can I say, I just got a PS4 not that long ago! I am so happy with this game. Seriously. Kingdom Hearts has never (okay, not never but with most games) failed to have an absolutely amazing combat system. This game is so good at making you feel absolutely amazing, no matter how bad you are. It's fun, fast, flashy and something I could play hours on end. And normally I'm more of a fan of turn-based. I liked the story, even if it did require you to have a masterclass knowledge of the lore of the entire series. My main disappointment is that I want Axel's keyblade! I loved the new world design, it's so open and free and fun; I loved the new worlds included. Overall, nothing disappointed me at all, although this was definitely the easiest plat of the series.

Popular Post PooPooBlast
#132 Wolfenstein Youngblood Edit: Not sure why the text is in red now and I can't revert it. Sorry about that. A very solid Wolfenstein entry which stars the Blazkowicz sisters after the events of Wolfenstein II. The sisters were quite cheesy but in a good and harmless way and I didn't feel like it was too obnoxious. I liked their banter and one line dialogues when exploring the cities. Speaking of cities, Arkane studious helped MachineGames create those levels and man it shows! This game probably has the best level design to date in Wolfenstein imo. They're so expansive and they added a whole new level of verticality as well as secret rooms/hidden collectibles for you to find and I actually enjoyed doing those and I don't even like collectibles! I also love how the paths were connected and more often than not, there are shortcuts or clever ways to connect the linear segments together in order to avoid backtracking for long periods of time. That's something that's often overlooked in games because we've come to expect it but when it's not done properly, it stands out like a sore thumb. I heard Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order suffered from that issue. Gunplay is as good as ever. Weapons still pack a punch and you have a whole variety of them to dispose of your enemies especially when they get ragdolled or literally blown to chunks! Story was decent but nothing groundbreaking. That wasn't really the focus but rather having a world where you can play in co-op and just shoot a bajillion Nazis (you'll be doing lots of that for the plat!) Trophy-wise because I have to bring this up, it was pretty grindy trying to get all weapons to level 10 and upgrading them all. What was more grindy was getting all abilities. I heard that they added a patch later which included hunting for treasures and subsequently they raised the level cap. As such, reaching level 92 ( the level needed) was the last thing I had to do which involved me replaying a mission ~15 times and by then, I had something like 10,000 unspent coins and I had about 3-4 weapons at level 16 (well above the level 10 requirement)! Overall, trophies aside because it's unfair to judge a game based on trophies, Youngblood was a damn well-made game and I actually had more fun playing this than Wolfenstein II. It also gives the New Order a run for its money which is my favourite Wolfenstein. Well, onto Yakuza 3 remastered! ( and 4 and 5 and 6 and dead souls ). Popular Post Phoenix_argentea
After a couple of platinum (Death end re;Quest, LEGO Marvel Avengers for Vita, and Indivisible) this is the last one. No. 157! Hollow Knight Heart of Hallownest This game is really amazing. The world, the story and the tragedy you see at the end, and the music (of course!). At the beginning of the game I felt lost, since I had no idea where I was supposed to go, I was simply wandering, looking for upgrades in order to unlock new areas. But this game is pure art. And the first time I entered in the City of Tears was really special: a huge town, full of possessed insects, the eternal rain, the statue of the Hollow Town in the middle of the town, and the music with the choir. And then there's the Soul Sanctum on the top of the town with the organ music and the Soul Master boss. This battle was really long, since I feared the loss of my geo (300, more or less, and previously I lost 1.000 geo, since I had no idea about this concept in game. When you die, you leave a shadow in the place where you were defeated. If you die again without defeating that shadow, you lose all the money you acquired!). For those who're interested in this soundtrack, the music of City of Tears and Soul Sanctum! And after a while I found another interesting area, the Resting Grounds, with another masterpiece! The first time I visited this area I felt only one thig: awe. I think this area is really special. Usually, when I wandered around the other areas I smashed almost everything, but here I didn't want to ruin the graves. And there's the extra area with all the spirits. Now, I don't talk to every NPC I encounter in games, but here I took my time, since I wanted to hear their stories... I really liked also the Kingdom Edge: the long ascension (with the insects falling down. At first I thought there was someone throwing down the insects corpses of another town, but then I discovered they were all warriors who were defeated in the Coliseum). And finally the battle against the "final boss": the Hollow Knight. Huge spoiler about this fight! The first time I fought against him I didn't understand why he stabbed himself in the middle of the fight. I thought it was due to the infection and he was completely crazy, but it was really strange see his body flying around the area like a puppet. So I searched and read a full explanation about the story, which completely unravelled the tragedy of the battle and the sacrifice of the Hollow Knight when he could still control his body. ? Then, I discovered there was the real "final boss", the Radiance, "Wait, really?!". But you needed the Void Charm at the bottom of the Abyss. And since I understood the plot, I went back into the Abyss with different eyes, watching all the sacrifices the Pale King made in order to stop the Radiance infection, sacrificing thousands of insects and throwing all these failures in this dark pit... Now, about the trophies, I felt a little bit disappointed by the list, since they could include the different endings (like the two Grimm endings, and also the normal/true endings) and add the DLC trophies with separate lists, so you can earn the platinum without the pantheons challenges. And now I talk about the Godmaster content. 5 pantheons where you fight again all the bosses of the game (and new ones at the end of every pantheon) with no checkpoint. You die? Out of the pantheon! Pantheons 1-4 have "only ten bosses. The first two pantheons were easy, then I started struggling in the third (especially for the stupid jellyfish boss and his minions bombs, bit I conquered it) and I made 2-3 attempts in the 4th pantheon, but I barely reached the end. And the Pure Vessel wiped the floor with me. So I deciced to use the invincibility glicth and get rid of this and the final nightmarish pantheon. In the 5th one you have a huge boss rush with all the bosses of the game (41 or 42, I don't remember exactly), and again, with no checkpoints. You died at No. 38? Go back at the beginning and try again! Seriously, I didn't want to pratice again these bosses and suffer in this pantheon. And also some bosses have platform sections, like the ghost with the spears and the dream shield... I have huge respect for those players who earned this trophy in the legit way. Maybe after a month I could have managed ("maybe"), but I thought my wonderful experience with Hollow Knight was over and I didn't want to ruin it with this stupid pantheon. I also saw on Youtube that there's an extra nightmarish platform section in the White Palace, called "Path of pain". I simply saw the video : "No, thank you! I avoid this challenge" What else? Yeah, I finally found the purpose of the hot springs, but I needed the pantheons in order to discover it, since the hot water recovers your HPs and the soul gauge! And I really hate the bugs that take possession of the corpses, they are really disgusting! Now, about the platinum screenshot, is a simple pitch black image. But I can show you my favourite boss, the Collector. This guy is really crazy... And a fun fact about the "Attunement" trophy, which I unlocked after defeating the Lost Kin dream boss. At first I thought the trophy was related to the boss, but then I read the description and I found it was related to the number of essence, which are necessary in order to upgrade the Dream Nail. But I like thinking that I unlocked this trophy simply because I defeated the Lost Kin. I spent an hour of different attempts. I could have upgraded the Nail, since I had the ore, but I was stubborn and I wanted to defeat it. So I kept practicing, dodging all the orange ghosts and the Lost Kin's crazy jumps. And I managed. Edited February 16, 2020 by Phoenix_argentea Ok, I messed up with the spoiler tags and the soundtrack.

Popular Post eigen-space
Platinum #95 - Forgotton Anne Thank You For Playing!, 33.48% Rarity Difficulty - 2.5/10 , Time Spent - ~7 Hours , Enjoyment 6.5/10 Forgotton Anne tells the story of a young woman who is the Enforcer of order in a land of things forgotten-- the sock lost in the dryer, the old toaster thrown in the garbage, the suitcase left on the train. The premise of Forgotton Anne is certainly an original one that can maybe make you think twice about consumerism. It also has moments that are sad, particularly when it comes to Anne's origin story. I found it a bit hard to be sad on behalf of the discarded objects even though the game writers probably wanted that (and, unfortunately, the game has a trophy related to Anne sympathizing with the objects... not the way I would have played the game if that trophy wasn't there). Regardless, the story is solid and one of the better points about the game. Another thing that is unique about the game is that it is all hand-drawn. It feels like some mid-90s cartoons. It's a shame that the Forgotten world is so drab... would have loved to see the artwork in a setting that is warmer. There are certain sequences in the game that are bright, and they are delightful... but unfortunately they're too few and far between. Would really enjoy seeing this art style in other games. Gameplay is rather mediocre... it's basic platforming (running and jumping) and puzzle solving (pulling levers and switches in the correct order, etc). The jumping feels a little clunky sometimes, which is unfortunate as there are a few trophies tied to executing platforming sequences perfectly. Most of the trophies, however, are tied to thoroughly exploring your environment. Solid game overall that shouldn't take too much time and provides a potentially thought-provoking experience.
Popular Post Ballin-tuff
Platinum #22 - 11-11 Memories Retold Difficulty: 1.7/10 Game itself: 9.0/10 An amazing narrative-adventure game set during World War One that focuses on two protagonists who both have their own reasons to serve. The only notable problem I can think of is a collectible that will glitch out and disappear if you don't complete a missable, optional objective beforehand or you will need to restart the chapter from the beginning to collect it. I can highly recommend this if you enjoy narrative-adventure games. Edited February 17, 2020 by Ballin-tuff

Popular Post starcrunch061
Plat #374: Atari Flashback Collection, Volume 1 Platinum Trophy Earn all trophies I picked both of these games up back in 2017 after Christmas. They were $10 each at a local Target (physical copies). I started with volume 2, as it had a lot of the old Atari console games I knew and loved (Adventure, Haunted House). But man - the trophies were killer. I put volume 2 on the shelf, and never even opened this one. But this weekend, I needed a game to keep my trophy streak alive, and for whatever reason, I decided that this monster would be the best bet (I didn't want to buy a new game or anything). I got an easy trophy for Centipede, and just kept earning trophies. Then, on Sunday, I realized I was pretty close to the plat, and decided to knock it out. 28 hours later, I've got a new UR plat, and I was even the 4th fastest on the fastest list. All in all, this game is pretty fun, though I like the games in volume 2 better. Volume 1 had too many trophies involved with the arcade games; only a couple dealt with console games. Of course, the great Yars Revenge is here (along with Adventure and Pitfall 2, it is my favorite Atari 2600 game). But there were lots of other good games (and odd curiosities) here. I can't believe they didn't have some trophies for Swordquest playing off of the ridiculous rewards you could win back in the day. I mean, come on! The trophies are silver and gold, just like the jeweled sword, or the urn, etc. etc.
Popular Post Cal
God of War Ascension 3 down 4 to go! This was my first time playing Ascension and I had a good time with it, when I first finished it I didn't know what to think but on my second play through on hard difficulty I was actually having fun. Just one question...who the hell thought that a God of War game needed multiplayer? Were people begging for it or something? Thankfully the only online trophy is to beat the tutorial, let's hope this is the first and only time a God of War game has multiplayer. As for the rest it's pretty straight forward platinum hard mode wasn't too bad I think I actually died more times on my first play through on normal then on my second play through, and a few grinds but nothing too hard or time consuming, Oh and also #@%& the Gauntlet of Archimedes.

After so many AC games with full sync constraints I didn't find them too difficult but when I played it for the first time years ago it was tough. Now I even miss them. Popular Post Juzota
#126 - Kona Hall of Fame! Unlock every trophy. I tried to play this game on my own, but I just don't have the patience to go and look for stuff not really knowing what I'm even supposed to do. That's why I used a videoguide after struggling hour or so to not know what I was doing. Guide is definitely not the way to go, but I'm bad okay? With guide its only gonna take few hours to complete this. If you're into mystery stuff and enjoy wandering around open world, then I recommend this to you. The story was actually quite interesting, but the gameplay wasn't for me. Enjoyment: 5 Difficulty: 2 (with guide)
